I am running a little behind, due to fact we went to a craft show in Tallahassee called Market days. I had done this show for a couple of years, and didn't sign up again this year because of my mom and dads health. I have to say this show was a bit disappointment. Hardly any handmades, only found one booth to buy anything from. She had the cutest little snowman made from Country Whims patterns , but other than that, I couldn't find anything I wanted. We drove 3 hours to get there and wished we would have stayed home.
but the Winners are Karen from barelythereprimitivebear is the winner of the gingerbread bowl
Dawn from Aunt DeeDeesdesigns is the winner of the Raggedy Anne
Jody from Star Spangled pretties is the winner of the primitive black doll
thanks so much for all who entered. I am having a bigger giveaway. will have details hopefully tomorrow.
so if you won, please email me your address and I can get these off to on Monday.

Oh, that's horrible!! To drive three hours and be disappointed like that just plain old stinks!! :( I've been to only a couple of holiday shows this year. I don't know if it's just the area that I live in but it seems to be the same old stuff that people make every year so I don't even bother going. Since I found Etsy, that seems to be all I need!! :)

I hate to hear that you had to drive to far. I forgot about that show. I wanted to go..I've never been to that show. But I guess it sounds like I didn't miss much. I just want to say one thing...have you noticed that there just doesn't seem to be alot of Prim Crafters here in Florida. They all must be up north. Anyway, I look forward each Holiday season to seeing all my favorite Prim Crafters though.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week Sandy.

Hi Sandy, We drove to Market Days also, 2 hours, but we have a daughter that lives there, so it was not a complete "wash out". The only things I bought were prim signs, and he was selling out quickly.
ReplyDeleteMERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!
Hi Sandy,
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners.
Sorry to hear about the show...no fun to drive that far for a bad show. My last show was sort of like that, but we had alot of prim/primitive booths...however almost all of them were not handmade. Some of the customers said that they thought they were until they started seeing the same thing booth after booth. Bummer!! as this used to be one of my favorite shows to set-up at.
