I wanted to get some quick and easy items done today. While going through my mom's crafting supplies after she died, I found some coal she had been keeping. I ran across the old feedsack image from ewe n me printables and found one that work with a lump of coal . So I transferred the design onto iron on transfer paper and ironed them to my little muslin bags. I put one lump of coal in each bag. I will put a low price on these for stocking stuffers.
Next, I made up some little long johns. These were fun and quick to make. I put little buttons down the front and on the flap in back. I had some white doll clothes hangers left over and used these with the longjohns. I put a little prim tag that said "Santa's Long johns" on it. I hope to get enough of these made to decorate a small tree.
I hope to get some Santa's finished tonight and hopefully pictures of them to post tomorrow. Happy crafting and please check back.
Oh my gosh! Your little longjohns are sooooooooooooo cute!!!
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute, do you iron on your printing or use the printer. I love all of these. Should be great sellers. Love your stuff

ReplyDeleteI stumbled onto your blog. I am so excited. You have the most beautiful things. I love the little long johns. I love your quilted Santa head and the little Charlie Brown trees. Oh honey you recycle everything, that is what I love most. I really loved the paint cans that you covered and had little Raggedy Ann and Andy on them. How sweet they are. You could make it very hard for a person to come into your booth, they would go out with alot of stuff.
I have enjoyed my visit so much today. I have downloaded a couple of your free patterns. What a generous person you are. Thank you so much for sharing.
I have signed up to follow your blog. I can't wait to see what you share next. Please stop by my blog and visit. I would be so honored if your signed up to follow my blog as well.
Country hugs, Sherry
