Hi,
I took a day to myself today and didn't go anywhere. I finally finished a new Santa, I have been working on for awhile now. This Santa is 36" tall, and easy to make. I found a Walmart in Gainesville that still has fabric. I found some dark red fleece that works perfect for this Santa's robe. It was only $2.00 a yard. I am thinking I am going to go back and get the rest of it before it is gone. I love the way he turned out. As you can probably tell, Santa's are a weakness with me, never can have too many Santa's. I need to get started on my fall items this coming week.
I counted the months, and it is only 4 months until my first show. So here is a picture of my new Santa, let me know what you think and I should have the pattern ready in a few days.
I absolutely LOVE the Santa!! You are a very talented lady!! I wish I had 1/2 of that talent. BTW, I am aslo liking your background. Did you purchase this or did you do it yourself?

Hi Carrie,
ReplyDeleteI purchased my background from Deb's lost treasures, I have a link on the side to her site. She also did the graphics for the Olde Country Cupboard website. I love her work
