Working, Working Working.

This has been a rough week, not feeling well again. I had my pet/scan on Tuesday, won't find out the results until Tuesday. So nerves are gonna to get the best of me this week. I got a few more dolls finished. These are from a Ragg Bagg Baby's pattern. These are big chunky dolls.

These next pictures are little too dark, but they are a prairie Angel, she is always a good seller for me. I made up 4 different colors and they are simple to make, no legs.

I am working on some of Carmen's vacuum cover patterns right now, I have some more of the feedsack towels to use for their aprons. Hope to post those pictures tomorrow.

My friend Melissa, has been coming over and is going to help me sew. We lost touch for a few years and recently reconnected through facebook. She has always been a great friend to me and alot of encouragement. I am going through a rough time right now and I wanted to say thank you to all who emailed me and prayed for me. I would be lost without Samantha, Hubby, Carmen, & Melissa and my many blogger and facebook friends. It really helps to hear from others and know that you are not alone. My daughter has been my best friend, through all this, she takes me to the doctors, sits here and tells me not to worry and encourages me constantly. Just know that I appreciate every one of you. I may not comment back to everyone like I should, but it means the world to me to hear from everyone. Carmen and I spend hours on the phone together, talking about everything, she is my dearest friend. I love her and wish she lived closer to me.

We are still planning on opening our wholesale site on April 1st, lest something happen in between then and now. Samantha has been busy with tarts, rooms prays, beeswax items and aprons. She will havea good selection. I hope to have many bag holders and dolls available. Carmen will be offering her vacuum cover dolls, bag holders and some of her other dolls. So if you are interested in wholesale, please let me know. I am trying to get this all together, the week after my show. I will need your tax numbers and store/business name and addresses. It will be a private group on facebook to start with. I am placing an ad in the Primitive Place magazine, Summer issue to advertise. Also if you are interested in selling your items, send some pictures of your items, and we will be glad to add you to the group as it will be a closed group, open to members only.

Now, time to get back to work.

  1. Beautiful as always, Sandy. I'm burning Sami's tarts, Peanut Butter and the whole house is yummy. They are really the best tart warmers I've ever had.
Please know that even though we haven't met, so many of us pray for you and always wish the best for you. I'm so glad you have your support group.
    Hugs,
    Susan

  5. Hi Sandy,
Your new dolls are awesome and I'm glad you've been keeping busy. Wishing I was closer to attend the show.
I ordered quite a few of Sam's tarts for myself but also to put in with the swaps I've been in. They are the best and highly scented for a great price too! She's a busy girl like her Momma!
Also want you to know I continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Sending you hugz and positive thoughts dear.

  10. Hang in there, Sandy! You are prayed for so often and I am sorry that you haven't been doing too good. Hopefully, as it gets warmer, you can go outside and be in the sun more. Sunshine is so refreshing and so good to soak up...cloudy days are so depressing! You are loved and appreciated by so many of us! Take Care of yourself! God Bless! Donna, counter crafts
