New Pattern, dolls finished and Samantha's has another new pattern

I finally got another new pattern done for You are Special Pattern line, that one has been kind of neglected lately.  This one is so easy to make.  I placed him on a wreath, made him from barn red felt. I finished him up last night. I have several of those cheap green wreaths that I purchased at the dollar store last year and wasn't real happy with them. Kind of flimsy, but these Santa's work perfectly on them. So now I know what to put on my wreaths.  Pattern is one the side if interested in purchasing.

Samantha also finished up a couple of more stitchery patterns, I absolutely love this one so simple but primitive. All the little extras that were added to these, really make them.  She added glass glitter to these.
Pattern also available on the side if you wish to purchase.  View her blog to see her other pattern and aprons she has finished this week.  http://samanthasaccessories.blogspot.com/

It has been a dream of mine for awhile that my child share my love of sewing, and can't believe it has finally happend. Really looking forward to her being with me this year at the shows.  She has always helped me, but this year will be much more involved. And speaking of shows, my first one is only 1 1/2 months away. Where did the summer go.

I found this doll body laying around, and decided to finish her. I had bought the apron fabric off ebay and now wished I had purchased all of it.  I love it.  I made her into a black doll, she is a big girl. I am still trying to finish all of the those bodies that are laying around everywhere. If I managed to get all the half started projects done, I would have a booth full.  Why is it ,you never want to finish what you start.

I found another body I made from a Chestnut junction pattern, got him finished more in the process. he is a little guy but so prim looking.
Well back to work, have crows to paint, it is nice and sunny here today.

  3. WOW..half bodies lying around hehe makes me chuckle! I have so many "half" done things! I need to finish them before I start something else..but that never happens. UNLESS it is a gift for someone else!
