My father died when ...Both of my parents are gone. My father died when I was a teenager, and my mother died a little less than 2 years ago. I understand the pain you are feeling right now. Feeling good somedays, then feeling bad the next is pretty normal. Grief is a process that it takes awhile to get through. You know yourself better than anyone else does, so trust your instincts as to what is best for you. Just hold onto the belief that someday you will feel better. Just keep on laughing, crying, and living each day. Eventually you will find the sunshine again.
